Shipping Policy

[Updated by The Dipo Legal Team on 8th June, 2023]

Please read our shipping policy to understand important details about shipping costs, delivery destinations, timelines, multiple addresses, PO Box deliveries, VAT taxes, and customs fees.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The shipping costs for your order may vary based on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. To calculate the exact shipping charges, simply add the items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your mailing address. The shipping cost will be automatically updated and displayed in your total costs.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@dipoltd.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

We offer worldwide shipping, ensuring that customers around the globe can enjoy our products and services.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 5-7 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (5-10 days for domestic and 7-15 days for international). Kindly consider these estimates when planning for the arrival of your order.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

At this time, we do not offer the option to ship to multiple addresses for a single order. If you wish to have items delivered to multiple addresses, we kindly ask you to place separate orders for each address.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES?

For international shipments originating from the United States, we ship items under the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means that we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Please note that depending on the receiving country, your package may be subject to local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information regarding your country's customs policies.
